About Me
A little about me
I'm Abdullah Almutairi, an Electrical and Computer Engineering student at King Abdulaziz University with a growing focus on software development. My interest in programming started at a young age, when I became curious about how computers turn simple ones and zeros into something meaningful.

My approach to software
Today, I enjoy building mobile apps, web applications, and the backend systems that power them. I like learning by building, solving real problems, and understanding how the different parts of a product work together.
Approach
How I work
- 01
Understand the problem
Who uses it, what they need to get done, and which constraints are fixed before any code is written.
- 02
Model the data
Entities, relationships and the rules the data must always satisfy — enforced as close to storage as possible.
- 03
Design the system
Clear layers and boundaries: what the client does, what the backend owns, and how they talk.
- 04
Build and test
Small, working increments with automated tests where behaviour matters most, such as authentication and state changes.
- 05
Ship and improve
Document limitations honestly, then extend the parts real use shows are worth extending.
What I'm working toward
I'm focused on becoming a stronger software developer by deepening my understanding of backend development, databases, APIs, testing, and deployment. My goal is to build software that is useful, reliable, and easier to maintain, while continuing to learn through practical projects.
